The ESB Academy was founded to provide dedicated players with the best opportunity to pursue their dreams of playing baseball at the collegiate or professional level. By offering an alternative to the traditional high school baseball experience, the academy helps athletes focus on their development and achieve their goals.

CUSTOM
SPECIFIC BASEBALL TRAINING
Unlike traditional high school programs, which often juggle multiple sports and academic schedules, our academy is dedicated solely to baseball. This allows us to provide tailored, one-on-one coaching to address each player's individual strengths, weaknesses, and development goals. We design customized training plans to accelerate progress and enhance performance at every level.
ESB Academy uses Barwis Sports Performance as its indoor & training facility. We pride ourselves on providing access to the best equipment and training facilities available. Our academy features modern, purpose-built spaces equipped for skill development, conditioning, and game simulations, ensuring that players are trained in an environment that mimics professional standards

The ESB Academy is a proud member of the National Acadmies Association (NAA).
The NAA is powered by Perfect Game. The industry leaders in exposure for amatuer baseball players.
The NAA conference and their respective acadmies have produced over a dozen top prospects in proffessional baseball and All Americans at the D1 level.

ESB Academy provides access to state-of-the-art strength-training facilities and a turf field designed to develop elite athletes. Our partnership with Barwis Sports Performance gives players access to premier indoor training equipment and professional-grade facilities that mirror collegiate and professional standards.
COLLEGE
PLACEMENT
At ESB Academy, we are deeply committed to helping our players secure baseball scholarships and advance to the collegiate level. Through our extensive network of college coaches and recruiters, we ensure that our athletes receive maximum exposure and are presented with the best opportunities to play at the next level. We take a hands-on approach throughout the entire recruitment process, guiding players in crafting standout recruitment profiles, preparing for showcase events, and providing insights on how to attract the attention of college programs. Our team works tirelessly to connect players with college coaches who are actively seeking talented athletes, and we are proud to boast a 100% success rate in helping our players secure scholarship offers. Whether it's a Division I, II, or III school, we ensure that each athlete is positioned to succeed and supported throughout every step of the scholarship acquisition process. Our proven track record demonstrates our commitment to not only developing top-tier players but also providing them with the necessary resources and connections to make their dreams of playing college baseball a reality.
DAILY
SCHEDULE
10:00 AM
Start of skill development practice on field. Includes: Throwing, Hitting, Individual defensive skill training, Team Defense and pitching.
12:45 PM
Team meeting and clean up the field.
1:00 PM
Break for Lunch. Players can choose to bring their lunch from home, order from the Grit Cafe located at the Barwis Performance Center or go out to eat.
2:00 PM
Players begin their custom weightlifting and/or speed and agility program.
3:00 PM
Players head to the recovery room to recover from the day and also work on their mobility and corrective protocols.
4:00 PM
Dismissal or extra work. The team practice is done for the day but players will often hang around and get extra hitting or work done indoors until they are picked up.
GAME
SCHEDULES
COMPETITIVE GAME SCHEDULES
Fall Schedule:
Players will play with the Academy in a 15-20 game Fall Season as well as their respective travel teams at tournaments for college exposure as a warm up to the spring season.
Spring Schedule:
Players will play a 45 game schedule from late January to early May in the NAA conference (PG) as well as non conference games against local colleges.
